Our office administrators play a key role at Photo Creations Studios — making sure that everything at the store is running smoothly — this includes keeping track of our employees, their work schedules, pay, orders from customers, & much more! In short, his position handles our store management, overlapping with the customer service representative position & including its responsibilities when needed!
Office administrators at Photo Creations Studios will be expected to:
- Engage in customer service.
- Promote the store & its services at local community events.
- Help market all upcoming in-store events & offers.
- Grow our customer database.
- Verify customer order fulfillment & possible future orders.
- Manage store orders & processing — incoming & outgoing.
- Assist in our staffing & overall staff management.
- Proficiently process all daily reports.
- Effectively audit & verify store orders.
- Train staff on the store’s products & services.
- Help with day to day activities at the front of the store.
- Aid in managing employee schedules.
- Communicate with production & support when needed.
- Help manage & track our daily & overall store costs.
- For TSA applicants, verify KTN receival & card receival.
- Ordering & managing stock & supplies for store operations.
- Perform fingerprinting services for our applicants.
- Implement TSA Cards
- Digital fingerprints (for Fieldprint) & physical fingerprint cards (FD-258 & FD-1164 for FBI).
