Our customer service representatives are the shining, smiling, & accepting faces of our business here at Photo Creations Studios! We pride our CSRs on their incredible ability to warmly welcome customers into the store, sufficiently introduce the many services & products that we offer to each customer, and carry out whatever the customer’s needs may be, whether they are looking to get a new passport photo, transfer old videos & photos to digital format, or even have a full-on event production package for a wedding! Customer service representatives are one of the main keys to our success & continued growth!
Customer service representatives at Photo Creations Studios will be expected to:
- Openly communicate & interact with customers.
- Delightfully offer a variety of services & products to customers.
- Politely present messages & ideas to employees.
- Welcome customers with a positive energy & attitude.
- Develop lasting relationships & solid trust with customers.
- Generate sales from customers & meet sales targets.
- Answer questions from customers as best as they can.
- Answer & manage phone calls, texts, & emails.
- Identify & fulfill the needs of customers as best as they can.
- Handle & solve customer issues & complaints.
- Process, organize, manage, & archive customer orders.
- Work within our CRM systems — Square, Zoho, & Google Drive.
- Multi-task, prioritize different jobs, & manage time effectively.
- Perform fingerprinting services for our applicants.
- Digital fingerprints (for Fieldprint) & physical fingerprint cards (FD-258 & FD-1164 for FBI).

Retail Store Intern
Our interns at Photo Creations Studios assist with keeping the store organized & clean, as well as helping the store’s employees with a variety of tasks whenever needed. At times, this position overlaps with the customer service representative & includes some of the same responsibilities when needed.
